As the first trade show of the year, this event was an invaluable opportunity to explore the products and trends that will shape the food industry in 2025.
It also provided a unique platform for meaningful discussions with key buyers and industry leaders in retail, distribution, and foodservice.
Highlights from our showcase included:
⁃ A new line of deli meats and snacks, produced at our Millville facility, which will enable us to expand our distribution network more effectively.
⁃ The new Salame Gentile, featuring a perfectly balanced blend of aging and spices, simple yet rich in aroma and flavor.
⁃ A new range of chubs, now including a truffle variant, presented in a completely redesigned package.
We were also honored to welcome a special guest at our booth: renowned Chef Scott Conant, a leading figure in Italian cuisine in America, joined by Las Vegas Now TV host JC Fernandez.
