1. Background information
Under the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), legal persons are not considered data subjects, andtherefore, the European regulation does not directly apply to them. However, if personal data pertaining to a natural person is included in the collection of corporate data, that individual is to be considered a data subject under the aforementioned regulation, leading to the applicability of relevant legislation.

The execution of pre-contractual measures is carried out at the request of the Data Subject. In case of litigation, data will be processed to act or defend in court, aligning with the legitimate interest of the data controller.

We will process the data for the duration necessary to respond to requests, after which it will be deleted. Extended retention may occur in the event of potential disputes to exercise or defend a right, aligning with the legitimate interest of the data controller. Data obsolescence is verified every 12 months.

3. What else do I need to know?
The data will be processed lawfully, in accordance with fairness and with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with the appropriate security measures as required by the Code and the Regulations. The processing will be carried out by digital means. The data will not be subject to public dissemination and the user will not be subjected to automated decision-making such as profiling unless he/she consents to this through the installation of cookies or other tracking tools for the normalization of which please refer to the appropriate information.
4. Who will my data be disclosed to?
The Owner may disclose the data to all subjects required by law for the fulfillment of the legally defined purposes. Additionally, they may engage certain companies or IT tools for processing personal data solely in the interest of the Data Controller. These entities are appropriately appointed as data processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. The list of data processors is available at the office above.
5. Where will data be stored and transferred?
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within and outside the EU. The Data Controller guarantees that non-EU transfer is done in accordance with Articles 44-47 Chapter V of the GDPR.
6. What are my rights and how can I exercise them?
(a) Rights of the data subject
The user, in his or her capacity as a data subject, has the rights set forth in Article 15 et seq. of the Regulations, namely:
1. RIGHT OF ACCESS (Art. 15 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and for this data to be communicated to them in an intelligible form.
2. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION (Art. 16 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and the supplementation of incomplete data.
3. RIGHT TO ERASURE (Art. 17 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to obtain the erasure of personal information if there are specific reasons such as withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, if the information is no longer needed for the original reasons it was collected and processed, or in case of unlawful processing. In cases where it is not possible to proceed with the erasure of personal data, the burden to provide adequate justification shall fall on the controller.
4. RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING (Art. 18 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to obtain the restriction of processing under specific circumstances, such as when a request for rectification or objection is being evaluated.
5. RIGHT TO PORTABILITY (Art. 20 GDPR).
If the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or to request that they be transmitted to another data controller.
6. RIGHT OF OBJECT (Art. 21 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
(a) to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if it is pertinent to the purpose of the collection
(b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for purposes not covered by Art. 2.The user may submit a request to object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR. The request should include evidence justifying the objection. The Data Controller retains the right to evaluate the request, and it may not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that outweigh the user's interests, rights, and freedoms.
7. RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority under Article 77 of the GDPR if he or she believes that the processing of his or her data is contrary to applicable law.
