NO COMPROMISES
Levoni has never compromised origins. We maintain we are as Italy made us: proudly delicious.
This smoked dry-cured ham, aged for 4 months, is made by Levoni solely using our proprietary and exclusive recipe, using a natural smoking process with the finest wood. Only natural flavors are used to season this flavorful meat with aromatic herbs and a variety of spices.
Bagged, placed in a net and seasoned, Levoni’s Dry-Cured Pork Collar is aged for a minimum of 12 weeks. Of medium size, when sliced it exposes its compact look featuring red muscular parts outlined by light fatty parts, of a nice white-rosy color. The scent is a classic, complex blend of aged meat, with a sweet, lightly spiced flavor.
Italian-grown walnuts of the prized Chandler variety, appreciated for their delicate, slightly almondy flavor and their very light, fleshy kernels. These walnuts boast excellent quality and high organoleptic value, perfect for pairing with our cured meats.

A supply chain made of prime materials. Pork cherished and celebrated for ages creates our legacy.
All of our farming, breeding, producing, curing, and seasoning happens in one place before the US.
WELFARE THAT BECOMES VALUE
Like the very best master deli meats makers throughout history, we know that animals are a precious commodity that deserve all our respect. This is why animal welfare is an integral part of our company’s heritage of ethics and values, and of our path of development, which already sets far more stringent requirements than current European legislation.
