'NDUJA AND BURRATA CROSTINO

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 slices of Altamura or Apulian bread (1.7 oz each)
  • 13 oz 'Nduja
  • 7 oz burrata cheese
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pepper

  •  Cut the bread, drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil, and toast until crispy.

  • Spread the ‘Nduja on the toasted bread and add the right amount of burrata.

  • Finally, season with black pepper.
